London Magician Heals the Sick
On Friday I did a Magic Show for a family in Kingsbury (NW9). When I arrived the mother said that she had almost decided to cancel as the daughter whose birthday it was, was sick and in bed. She had been there all day with a high temperature.
After setting up, for the Magic Show, she was roused from her bed and came and sat at the front for the show. As the show progressed colour seemed to return to her cheeks and she became more and involved. By the end she was up to full speed and afterwards ran upstairs to change into her party clothes.
I guess this proves the old adage "Laughter is the best form of medicine".
South London Close Up Champion
Simon swept the board and won all the prizes at this year's South London Close Up championship, winning not only the Championship but also the best newcomer awards. He used what he does when he's out and about doing Close Up magic for Corporate Work, Weddings, Table Hopping etc.
