Plate Spinning for Company in Kingston
On Monday I was booked to teach a company plate spinning for an hour in Kingston. They had been told by their boss that they should learn plate spinning in a business sense and juggle many projects at one go. They took him to heart and booked me to give them a lesson so they could show him when he got back.
At first everyone found it challenging but as the old saying goes "Practice Makes Perfect". They kept at it and after about 30 mins the first one managed to get their plate spinning. After that about every few minutes another one managed until some of them could do it about 50% of the time. They brought some plates for the company and will keep practicing their plate spinning during their breaks so they can get it to about 100% of the time. They all got something out of the exercise and all of them managed to get it spinning at least once before I left.
South London Close Up Champion
Simon swept the board and won all the prizes at this year's South London Close Up championship, winning not only the Championship but also the best newcomer awards. He used what he does when he's out and about doing Close Up magic for Corporate Work, Weddings, Table Hopping etc.
